Located in Ajman, a destination striving to redefine its culinary landscape, the challenge was to create an all-day dining venue that was more than just a restaurant—it had to be a destination. Our mission? To blend local charm with global appeal, balancing traditional warmth with modern energy, and transforming it into a versatile space that evolves with every hour of the day.

THE CONCEPT
VISTA was envisioned as a harmonious fusion of contrasts. The design embodies a dynamic yet refined environment, where lush greenery meets rich, handcrafted materials, and local artistry is celebrated alongside contemporary aesthetics. From the welcoming green gate that greets guests with coffee to the culinary theatre of live cooking stations, every area was crafted to offer a sensory journey. The conservatory and communal garden bring a touch of nature indoors, while the bakery stands as a warm, wholesome haven, its copper oven becoming an iconic feature.

THE DESIGN
VISTA is a destination that constantly evolves. Guests can seamlessly transition from morning coffee in a cosy lounge to vibrant dining in a lush conservatory, and end their day with a sunset view over the garden. Thoughtfully selected materials—botanical upholstery, handcrafted wooden furniture, and a palette inspired by natural hues—create an atmosphere of understated luxury.
