Meet crew member Kristy

Hey!
I’m Kristy, and I joined Aces of Space as an executive assistant for Andrew. Now a few years later, I’m more of an all-rounder—a Jack of All Trades if you will. What I love about Aces of Space is that I’m not stagnant to my role. Now I handle office management, accounting, and even research for projects.
My advice for anyone wanting to join Aces of Space is: Do what you love and take pride in what you bring to the table. Aces has a vibrant, open culture with plenty of opportunities to grow if you’re willing to learn. Don’t be afraid to make decisions. At Aces of Space, they empower you to make your own choices, as long as you stay accountable for your work. If you believe in your idea, go for it and present it confidently!

My guilty pleasure? Definitely chips. I always remind myself to live healthily and exercise (I do a lot of running btw!), but no matter what, I can’t resist the chips.
I love traveling. Before moving to Dubai, I spent my entire life in the Philippines. Dubai opened up opportunities for me to visit new places and discover new cultures. I actually just came back from Rome with my partner. Italy is a dream destination for me, not just for the amazing food and lifestyle, but also for its incredible design and architecture. I can’t wait to go back!
What gets my creative juices flowing? Just starting. While I don’t usually thrive in complete silence, I do prefer it over music, which easily distracts me. Good music can make me want to sing along, pulling me away from my work to just enjoy the tunes.
