HSBC is a bank which has gain worldwide recognition by helping people, businesses and communities to thrive. Living in a digital world with consumers doing more and more of their banking on-line, HSBC was looking for a concept in which they could offer their Middle East clients an outstanding digital customer experience in a physicial omni-channel environment.
The design for the new digital CSU's needed to be contemporary (compelling digital experiences), distinguishing (differentiating design) and scalable. The first two units Aces of Space designed together with Synechron UAE were Mirdiff City Center (Left) and Emaar Square (right).
Both units are very open, light and inviting which makes it easy for consumers to enter.
The HSBC Customer Service Unit has become a contemporary, lifestyle inspired design and venue, offering a compelling digital banking experience with a refined attention to detail reflected in the interior design.

The technology is seamlessy integrated into a HSBC branded environment which is easy to navigate and is focused on usability and recognition.
The modular , layered approach to lay outs and zoning allows for easy scalability and configuration across a variety of regions and environments.
